Every piece is laid out and shown to you for approval before anything is made. Nothing is printed until you say it is right.

Larger orders are quoted individually. The price depends on how many pieces, which sizes, and how the shipping works out, so we price the whole group by hand — that is what the request-a-quote form is for. We do not publish a bulk discount percentage, because we would rather give you the real number.
Timing. Most orders are handcrafted within 3 to 5 business days after you approve the design, then shipped. Shipping is $10 flat nationwide standard, or $25 expedited (about 2 to 3 business days). $25 expedited shipping is always charged. Free standard shipping is available on your first order over $150 through October 31. Sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout for your location. Nothing is printed until you say the design is right.
Have a date in mind? Reach out as early as you can and we will tell you honestly whether your date is doable. We cannot guarantee delivery by a specific day — but we will never pretend a deadline is fine when it is not. See the order-by dates.

Before you send the request
Can each piece be different?
Yes. Each slate can carry its own photograph, name, rank, badge number, or years of service while the overall look stays consistent across the group.
Can you match a department or unit look?
Yes. Tell us what you need — a badge, a shield, a station number, a unit motto, a department color — and we will work it into the design and show it to you before it is made.
Do you ship to each person separately, or all to one address?
Either one. Tell us which you would like in the quote request and we will price it and pack it accordingly.
How do I pay for a large order?
We send an invoice — Stripe emails your group a secure link and collects payment on our checkout. No card details are handled by us.
Is there a bulk discount?
Larger orders are quoted individually with volume pricing, so the price depends on how many pieces, which sizes, and how the shipping works out. Send the request and we will give you the real number.
