Privacy Policy

Everything below is information you give us yourself, plus a small amount of ordinary website information. We do not buy lists, and we do not gather anything about you from anywhere else.

• ✦To make your keepsake. Your photo and your details are the whole job — we cannot print a piece without them.
• ✦To ship your order. We need an address to send it, and a way to reach you if there is a question about the piece.
• ✦To answer you. When you call, email, or fill in a form, we use what you gave us to reply.
• ✦To send your discount. If you asked for the 10% off code, we email it to you — and from time to time, a note about something we’ve made that might matter to you.
• ✦To understand what is working. The general website information tells us which pages are useful, so we can make the site better.

Only what is needed to get the job done, and nothing else. That means:

• ✦Our payment processor (Stripe), so your card can be charged securely. We never see or store your card number ourselves.
• ✦The carrier that delivers your order, so it can reach your door. They receive the name and address on the package.

The photos and messages you send us are used for one thing: making your piece. That is it.

We do not publish your photo, post it, or share it with anyone without asking you first. Some customers kindly let us show a finished piece in our gallery — but that is always their choice, and saying no changes nothing about your order.

We email you about your order — a confirmation, a question about your photo, or word that your piece has shipped. That is part of ordering.

If you signed up for the 10% off code, we may also email you from time to time about a new piece or a holiday deadline. You can stop those at any time:

• ✦Tap the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email we send you, or
• ✦Just text us at 740-610-1589 and say the word. We will take care of it.

Unsubscribing from our occasional notes will never affect an order you have placed with us. You will always hear from us about the piece you actually bought.

The site uses basic cookies and simple analytics. Cookies are the small pieces of information a website stores in your browser — ours keep the site working properly, remember things like whether you have already closed the sign-up box, and, in the shopping area, keep your order together as you go.

The analytics tell us which pages people find useful, in totals. We do not sell any of that information to anyone, and we do not hand it over for advertising.

We take reasonable steps to keep the information you give us safe. Card payments are handled by our payment processor rather than on our own systems, photos you send us are kept in private storage rather than anywhere public, and the site runs over a secure connection.

No website can promise it will never be wrong once — but we keep our part small and careful, and we only hold what we actually need.

This site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us their information, email us and we will remove it right away.

The information we hold is yours. You can ask us to:

• ✦Tell you what we hold about you
• ✦Send you a copy of it
• ✦Correct anything that is wrong
• ✦Delete it

Just email info@albrittons-art.com and tell us what you would like. We will take care of it and confirm back to you. You do not have to give a reason.

One honest note: we may need to keep a record of a completed order (what was bought, and where it shipped) for our own accounting. If that is the case we will tell you so rather than pretend it is gone.

If we update this policy, we will change the date at the top of the page. When something meaningful changes about how we handle your information, we will say so here in plain words rather than quietly.
