Send us your photo
Text or email the picture you want on the stone — the original file from your camera roll if you can find it. The photo you already have is almost always good enough. Send it anyway, even if it is old, faded, or needs work.
We prepare the design — you approve it first
We lay out the photograph, the names, and the date, then show it to you. Nothing is made until you say it is right, and you can cancel for a full refund before that point. Important if the piece is a gift for a specific date.
Handcrafted in 3 to 5 business days, then shipped
Once you approve it, the piece is printed by hand onto the stone in Coshocton, Ohio, finished, and boxed with its stand. Most orders are done in 3 to 5 business days.

Shipping, timing and returns
Shipping. $25 expedited shipping is always charged. Free standard shipping is available on your first order over $150 through October 31. Standard shipping is $10 flat nationwide, and expedited is $25 flat with delivery in about 2 to 3 business days after it ships.
Sales tax. Sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout for your location — the exact amount is shown before you confirm.
Timing. Most orders are handcrafted within 3 to 5 business days after you approve the design, then shipped. See the order-by dates for holidays and occasions.
Returns. Because every piece is made just for you with your own photo, personalized orders are final sale once you approve the design. If it arrives damaged, or it is not what you approved, we make it right at no cost.

Which wedding photograph should I use?
The one that makes you stop when you see it. The first look, the vows, the first dance, the whole family gathered outside the venue. Clear, well-lit photographs print best on the stone, but send what you have and I will tell you honestly how it will look.
Can you make one for the couple and one for each set of parents?
Yes, and it is one of the most common ways these are ordered — three pieces, each with a different photograph, wrapped together. Our Wedding Keepsake Set is built exactly for that: an 8 × 10 of the couple plus a 4 × 6 for each set of parents.
Can you add their names and the wedding date?
Yes. A name and a date set into the stone beside the photograph is the detail that turns a keepsake into a record of one specific day. Tell us what you would like and we will show you the design before it is printed.
I am ordering for a wedding that is coming up. How far ahead should I order?
Order at least three weeks before the wedding date. That gives room for your design approval, the 3 to 5 business days of handcrafting, and the shipping. See the order-by dates page for the full calendar.
Can you send it straight to the couple instead of to me?
Yes. At checkout, choose “Ship it as a gift” — the address you enter becomes the recipient’s, and a short message of yours can be written by hand on a note card that ships with the piece so it arrives ready to give. You still get the receipt.
How long does it take to arrive?
Most orders are handcrafted within 3 to 5 business days after you approve the design, then shipped. Standard delivery takes about 5 to 7 business days after that, and expedited shipping is $25 flat with delivery in about 2 to 3 business days after it ships.
