We prepare the design — you approve it first
We lay out the photograph, the emblems, the name, and the years, then show it to you. Nothing is made until you say it is right, and you can cancel for a full refund before that point.
Handcrafted in 3 to 5 business days, then shipped
Once you approve it, the piece is printed by hand onto the stone in Coshocton, Ohio, finished, and boxed with its stand. Most orders are done in 3 to 5 business days.
Send the photo you have. Even a snapshot off an old phone is fine — I’ll check its quality before printing and tell you if anything needs a look, and nothing is printed until you are happy.

Shipping. Standard shipping is $10 flat nationwide. Expedited shipping is $25 when selected, with delivery in about 2 to 3 business days after it ships. The free-shipping offer applies only to standard shipping: free standard shipping on your first order over $150, through October 31. After that, $10 flat standard.
Sales tax. Sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout for your location — the exact amount is shown before you confirm.
Timing. Most orders are handcrafted within 3 to 5 business days after you approve the design, then shipped. See the order-by dates for holidays and occasions.
Returns. Because every piece is made just for you with your own photo, personalized orders are final sale once you approve the design. If it arrives damaged, or it is not what you approved, we make it right at no cost.

Do you make first responder tribute slates?
Yes. We create personalized tribute slates for police officers, firefighters, paramedics, EMTs, and dispatchers — for retirements, promotions, academy graduations, awards, memorials, and appreciation gifts.
What can be included on a tribute slate?

Can you make an end-of-watch tribute?
Yes. End-of-watch and memorial tributes are made with particular care — send a favorite photograph and the details you would like honored, and we will prepare the design for your approval before printing.

Yes. Branch, rank, and years of service are built into the design beside the photograph — for every branch and for active duty, reserves, or National Guard. A retirement after twenty or thirty years deserves more than a shadow box.
Can I order several pieces for a department or a graduating class?
Yes. Each piece can carry its own photograph, name, and years while the overall look stays consistent across the group. Request a bulk quote and we will price the whole order for you, with shipping to one address or to each person.
How long does it take, and can it be rushed?
Most orders are handcrafted within 3 to 5 business days after you approve the design, then shipped. Standard delivery takes about 5 to 7 business days after that, and expedited shipping is $25 flat with delivery in about 2 to 3 business days after it ships. Reach out early for a ceremony date and we will tell you honestly whether the timing is doable.
