Text or email the picture you want on the stone — the original file from your camera roll if you can find it. The photo you already have is almost always good enough. Send it anyway, even if it is old, faded, or needs work.
We prepare the design — you approve it first
We lay out the photograph, the emblems, the name, and the years, then show it to you. Nothing is made until you say it is right, and you can cancel for a full refund before that point.
Handcrafted in 3 to 5 business days, then shipped
Once you approve it, the piece is printed by hand onto the stone in Coshocton, Ohio, finished, and boxed with its stand. Most orders are done in 3 to 5 business days.

Shipping. $25 expedited shipping is always charged. Free standard shipping is available on your first order over $150 through October 31. Standard shipping is $10 flat nationwide, and expedited is $25 flat with delivery in about 2 to 3 business days after it ships.
Sales tax. Sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout for your location — the exact amount is shown before you confirm.
Timing. Most orders are handcrafted within 3 to 5 business days after you approve the design, then shipped. See the order-by dates for holidays and occasions.
Returns. Because every piece is made just for you with your own photo, personalized orders are final sale once you approve the design. If it arrives damaged, or it is not what you approved, we make it right at no cost.

How long does it take, and can it be rushed?
Most orders are handcrafted within 3 to 5 business days after you approve the design, then shipped. Standard delivery takes about 5 to 7 business days after that, and expedited shipping is $25 flat with delivery in about 2 to 3 business days after it ships.
