Send us your photo
Text or email the picture you want on the stone — the original file from your camera roll if you can find it. The photo you already have is almost always good enough. Send it anyway, even if it is old, faded, or needs work.
We prepare the design — you approve it first
We lay out the photograph, any names, and the year, then show it to you. Nothing is made until you say it is right, and you can cancel for a full refund before that point.
Handcrafted in 3 to 5 business days, then shipped
Once you approve it, the piece is printed by hand onto the stone in Coshocton, Ohio, finished, and boxed with its stand. Most orders are done in 3 to 5 business days.

Shipping, timing and returns
Shipping. $25 expedited shipping is always charged. Free standard shipping is available on your first order over $150 through October 31. Standard shipping is $10 flat nationwide, and expedited is $25 flat with delivery in about 2 to 3 business days after it ships.
Sales tax. Sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout for your location — the exact amount is shown before you confirm.
Timing. Most orders are handcrafted within 3 to 5 business days after you approve the design, then shipped. See the order-by dates for holidays and occasions.
Returns. Because every piece is made just for you with your own photo, personalized orders are final sale once you approve the design. If it arrives damaged, or it is not what you approved, we make it right at no cost.

Questions we get
Can you print a big family photograph on one piece?
Yes, and larger groups work better than people expect. An 8 × 10 holds a big family comfortably, and if there is a lot of detail we will tell you honestly which size will look best before you order.
Can you combine photos from different years?
Yes. Bringing photographs together on one piece — the grandparents in one, the grandkids in another — is something people ask for often, especially for reunion pieces and memorials.
Can I add the family name or a year?
Yes. A family name, an “established” year, or a short line beneath the photograph is a small detail that makes the piece unmistakably yours. Tell us what you would like and we will show you the design first.
Is this a good gift for grandparents?
It is one of our most-given pieces. Grandparents tend to have every photograph of the grandkids somewhere, and almost none of them out where they can be seen. This puts the family on the shelf.
How long does it take?
Most orders are handcrafted within 3 to 5 business days after you approve the design, then shipped. Standard delivery takes about 5 to 7 business days after that, and expedited shipping is $25 flat with delivery in about 2 to 3 business days after it ships.
Can you ship it directly to the recipient?
Yes. At checkout, choose “Ship it as a gift” — the address you enter becomes the recipient’s, and a short message of yours is written by hand on a note card that ships with the piece, so it arrives ready to give.
