Text or email the picture you want on the stone — the original file from your camera roll if you can find it. The photo you already have is almost always good enough. Send it anyway, even if it is old, faded, or needs work.
We prepare the design — you approve it first
We lay out the photograph, the names, the dates, and any words you would like, then show it to you. Nothing is made until you say it is right, and you can cancel for a full refund before that point.
Handcrafted in 3 to 5 business days, then shipped
Once you approve it, your piece is printed by hand onto the stone and finished in Coshocton, Ohio. Most orders are done in 3 to 5 business days, then shipped to your door with its stand.

Shipping, timing and returns
Shipping. $25 expedited shipping is always charged. Free standard shipping is available on your first order over $150 through October 31. Standard shipping is $10 flat nationwide, and expedited is $25 flat with delivery in about 2 to 3 business days after it ships.
Sales tax. Sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout for your location — the exact amount is shown before you confirm.
Timing. Most orders are handcrafted within 3 to 5 business days after you approve the design, then shipped. See the order-by dates for holidays and occasions.
Returns. Because every piece is made just for you with your own photo, personalized orders are final sale once you approve the design. If it arrives damaged, or it is not what you approved, we make it right at no cost.

Questions we get
Can I combine several photos on one memorial?
Yes. Bringing multiple photographs together on a single stone is one of the most meaningful things we do, and a favorite for parents and grandparents. Send the photos and tell us how you would like them arranged, and we will show you the design before it is printed.
What if I do not have a good photograph?
Send what you have. An old print, something scanned crooked, a phone picture taken at a birthday — those are often the ones that matter most. We clean it up, crop it to fit the piece, and lay out the design for you. The photo you already have is almost always good enough.
Can you add a name, dates, or a quote?
Yes. Names, dates, a short quote, a verse, or a line the family always said can all be included. Just tell us what you would like and we will show you how it looks before anything is made.
Do you make memorials for pets?
Yes, and they are some of the most meaningful pieces we make. A favorite photograph of a dog or cat with their name and years, printed on the stone — see the Four-Legged Memories collection for those.
How long does a memorial take?
Most orders are handcrafted within 3 to 5 business days after you approve the design, then shipped. Standard delivery takes about 5 to 7 business days after that, and expedited arrives in about 2 to 3 business days after it ships. If you are working toward a service date, reach out and we will tell you honestly whether the timing is doable.
Can you ship it directly to the family?
Yes. At checkout, choose “Ship it as a gift” and the address you enter becomes the recipient’s. A short message of yours can be written by hand on a note card that ships with the piece, so it arrives ready to give.
