Orders can be placed any time. Every piece is made by hand in Coshocton, Ohio, and I start each morning fresh.
Most orders are handcrafted within 3 to 5 business days after design approval, then shipped. Standard delivery takes about 5 to 7 business days after that; expedited arrives in about 2 to 3 business days after it ships.
Standard shipping is $10 flat nationwide. Expedited shipping is $25 when selected (about 2 to 3 business days). The free-shipping offer applies only to standard shipping: free standard shipping on your first order over $150, through October 31. After that, $10 flat standard.
Collecting it in person here in Coshocton? Choose Pick up in person and there is no shipping charge — Wiley will arrange a time with you.
Order by: Christmas gifts — aim for November 15, with December 5 the last day to order. Mother’s Day April 30, graduation May 1, Father’s Day June 10, and weddings at least three weeks ahead.
Because every piece is made just for you with your own photo, personalized orders are final sale once you approve the design. If it arrives damaged, or it is not what you approved, we will make it right at no cost — a replacement or a full refund. You can cancel for a full refund any time before you approve the design.
Sending it as a gift? Choose “Ship it as a gift” at checkout — the address becomes the recipient’s, and a short message of yours is written by hand on a note card that ships with the piece, so it arrives ready to give.
