Send us your photo
Text or email the picture you want on the stone — the original file from your camera roll if you can find it. The photo you already have is almost always good enough. Send it anyway, even if it is old, faded, or needs work.
We prepare the design — you approve it first
We lay out the photograph, their name, and the years, then show it to you. Nothing is made until you say it is right, and you can cancel for a full refund before that point.
Handcrafted in 3 to 5 business days, then shipped
Once you approve it, the piece is printed by hand onto the stone in Coshocton, Ohio, finished, and boxed with its stand. Most orders are done in 3 to 5 business days.

Shipping, timing and returns
Shipping. $25 expedited shipping is always charged. Free standard shipping is available on your first order over $150 through October 31. Standard shipping is $10 flat nationwide, and expedited is $25 flat with delivery in about 2 to 3 business days after it ships.
Sales tax. Sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout for your location — the exact amount is shown before you confirm.
Timing. Most orders are handcrafted within 3 to 5 business days after you approve the design, then shipped. See the order-by dates for holidays and occasions.
Returns. Because every piece is made just for you with your own photo, personalized orders are final sale once you approve the design. If it arrives damaged, or it is not what you approved, we make it right at no cost.

Questions we get
What photo should I send of my pet?
The one that looks like them. A dog at the lake with their tongue out, a cat asleep in a sunbeam, a horse in the field at golden hour. Phone photographs usually print beautifully on stone. If you have several, send them all and I will tell you which one I would use.
Can you add their name and years?
Yes, and most people do. Their name, the years they were with you, or a short line like “forever in our hearts” go beside or beneath the photograph. Tell us what you would like and we will show you the design before it is printed.
Can I have more than one pet on the same piece?
Absolutely. Keeping two companions together on one stone is something people ask for often, and it works beautifully. Send both photographs and we will lay them out together.
Do you make these for other animals?
Yes — cats, horses, birds, rabbits, and any animal that was part of the family. Send the photograph and we will make a piece from it.
How long does it take, and can you rush it?
Most orders are handcrafted within 3 to 5 business days after you approve the design, then shipped. Standard delivery takes about 5 to 7 business days after that, and expedited is $25 flat with delivery in about 2 to 3 business days after it ships.
Can you ship it straight to someone else?
Yes. At checkout, choose “Ship it as a gift” and the address you enter becomes the recipient’s. Add a short message and it is written by hand on a note card that ships with the piece, so it arrives ready to give.
