Nothing is made until you approve your design, so order early and you will have the room you need. If you are already past a deadline, it may still be possible with expedited shipping ($25, about 2 to 3 business days after it ships) — reach out and we will tell you honestly whether your date is doable. We cannot guarantee arrival by a specific day.

Where the deadlines come from
These are not marketing dates. They are worked backwards from how the pieces are actually made.
You approve the design first
Nothing is printed until you have seen the layout — your photo, the names, the dates — and told us it is right. That step is yours to take, so it is worth leaving room for.
Every piece is made by hand
Most orders are handcrafted within 3 to 5 business days after you approve the design. One workshop in Coshocton, Ohio, one piece at a time — there is no way to rush that honestly.
Shipping runs on top of that
Standard delivery takes about 5 to 7 business days after your piece ships. Expedited is $25 flat and arrives in about 2 to 3 business days after it ships.
If you are already past a date
Ask us — we will tell you the truth
Deadlines are the calm version. If you are reading this with a date already looming, reach out anyway. Depending on how far along we are we may still be able to make it work, and expedited shipping ($25 flat, about 2 to 3 business days after it ships) can save a late order more often than people expect.
What we will not do is promise you an arrival date we cannot control, or pretend a piece can be made faster than it can. You will get a straight answer.

Order at least three weeks before the wedding date.

If you are ordering a wedding keepsake as a gift, remember it may be shipping to the couple rather than to you — at checkout, choose “Ship it as a gift” and the address you enter becomes the recipient’s.
